This General Membership Agreement between You (Member, User, or Advertiser) and SilverClix.com outlines the terms of your membership.
In order to become a Member, you must read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Accept." If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, SilverClix.com will not allow you to become a Member.
Member/User Terms
1.1. Members must log in at least once every 30 days in order to remain active. Inactive members may have their accounts suspended and lose any account balance, memberships, points, referrals, and advertising credits.
1.2. If your account is closed due to inactivity, you can contact us and we will reactivate it.
1.3. Users who provide false information when registering will have their account suspended.
1.4. Each household is only allowed to have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should not need more than one account.
1.5. Auto-Click/Software. If you are promoting or using any unauthorized third-party software or services to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud SilverClix.com, your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in the forfeiture of all account balances. Please note that legal action may also be taken.
1.6. Anti-cheat Policy. Any attempt, in any way, to use auto click software, to log in to our system using third-party software, or to hack into the system will be logged. When you request a payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in response.
1.7. Any hack attempt or abuse of our system will result in the permanent suspension of your account.
1.8. Having a username that we consider inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.
1.9. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
Referral Terms
2.1. There is no limit to the number of members you can refer.
2.2. You may not refer other people in your household. Each customer is only allowed one account, email, and IP address.
2.3. The system will deduct $0.03-$0.05, depending on your membership, for every expired rented referral.
Member's Commission and Payment Terms
3.1. You are not allowed to send your money to another person's payment processor account. Doing so will result in an immediate suspension.
3.2. The minimum payout is $0.15.
3.3. Payments will be processed within 15 business days (Monday-Friday).
3.4. Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made by SilverClix.com, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by the payment processor companies.
3.5. If you withdraw bitcoin, make sure that your bitcoin wallet provider accepts micropayments lower than $1.
3.6. Members may withdraw their earnings regardless of their membership type or country.
3.6. Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company that allows payments to your country.
3.7. We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for account values after payments have been sent successfully. It is your responsibility to enter your details correctly.
3.8. For security reasons, the email addresses used for withdrawal by the payment processor must be the same as the email addresses used for deposit. This is not valid if you deposit/withdraw to bitcoin.
3.9. For security reasons, SilverClix.com reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from the member.
3.10. Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is required before requesting your next cashout.
Payments to SilverClix.com
4.1. Payments made to SilverClix.com using any available payment processor's email addresses cannot be modified or altered in any way in order to maintain the origin of your funds.
4.2. All chargebacks or reversed transactions on your payments will result in an immediate account suspension. All purchased items are not refundable.
Paid to Sign Up Offer's Terms
5.1. Members who submit fake or false information on Paid to Sign Up offers will have their offer denied and may face account suspension.
5.2. Advertisers found to falsely deny valid member signups will forfeit their advertising credits and may face account suspension.
5.3. Members who receive a large number of denied signups will have their accounts flagged and will not be able to participate in Paid to Sign Up.
Advertising Terms
6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or any other adult materials.
6.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.
6.3. The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
6.4. The website must not contain any prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
6.5. The website must not have a popup/pop under window.
Rights and Liabilities
7.1. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, and without warning or notice. If we decide to give notice, we will notify you by email. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note that due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we are not able to disclose any detailed information or discuss the reason.
7.2. Any accusations without proof, false representation, intimidation, threat, or disrespect towards SilverClix and/or SilverClix staff/assistants, here or elsewhere, will be seen as disrespectful and may result in the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat, as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership, or any other benefits.
7.3. You are not an employee of SilverClix.com and you are not an independent contractor for SilverClix.com. We simply create a connection between the advertiser and the consumer. You or SilverClix.com have the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
7.4. SilverClix.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause beyond our control. SilverClix.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms, and conditions, or terminate services at any time and without notice. SilverClix.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program-participating companies or partners.
7.5. SilverClix.com reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations committed by SilverClix.com members, it is your responsibility to revise the terms regularly.
7.6. We cannot assure that the site may or may not have exploits. Any user caught exploiting any area of SilverClix.com will result in account termination and the forfeiture of all funds. Please note that legal action may also be initiated.
7.7. SilverClix.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete, or rename your account at any time, with or without notice.
7.8. SilverClix.com is copyright 2012-2022. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying, or copying SilverClix.com at all times. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of SilverClix and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the SilverClix name or any of the SilverClix trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
